One of the league's most dominant scorers, John Roosma shot 48% for a career and averaged over 30 points-per-game. With these stats also comes with a tremendous career where he was never really experienced a "crash and burn", even at age 33. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- Just a ridiculous, ridiculous scorer. 8 seasons over 30 points per game, with over 27,000 field goals attempted over his career, still shooting 48% for his entire career. Ridiculous numbers

- Eight-time all stars, one time All-League First Team, three times All-League Second Times, 2026 3-Point Shootout Champion, 2036 All Star Game MVP, 456 double doubles, 7 triple doubles, 370 player of the game's, 20 player of the week's, 6 player of the month's.

- No drop off at all. Roosma was consistently great over his entire career, and while he was brought down considerably by the Celtics need to stick with their core, he flourished elsewhere with the Nets, Pacers, Wolves, and Sixers. 

Arguments Against Induction
- No Championship. Kind of disappointing that the end of his career didn't culminate with an NBN Championship, playing with great teams near the end of his career.

- Not a super high-volume assist guy over his career. Fairly mediocre passer, average rebounder.

- Are the awards enough? They look good, but only one All-League team in 15 seasons of superstardom is a tough one. 

Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.

Absolute yes and it's not close for me. Even at the end of his career in a more diminished scoring role with the Pacers, he still made himself an impact player and even managed to sneak into the All-Star Game in his 14th season. 15th in points, 21st in assists, 44th in steals, 13th in all-time field goals, and 16th in all-time three pointers over a career that could've EASILY went another three years with how little Roosma declined. Championship doesn't matter to me here.

Yes, he was great right off the bat and only improved from there. No championships, but it's not because of him.

Definitively a yes. I rejoined the league when he was on my team and with no context I traded him for WAY too cheap thinking his ratings were inflated.. but man was I wrong. Dude was an absolute beast on both ends of the floor and deserving of the title as one of the all time greats. He definitely deserved a title but his game spoke for itself.

Once again with out being around...seeing that scoring and consistency for a year at 35 and then 30 PPG for a full career... This dude was a force.

Championship is a hard topic here. I've only seen Page and very eliete Bigs push teams to rings.

In this case he was a 100% score first PG and may e even better suited at a shooting guard from a skill stand point but if put there I would have had less opportunity I'd say.

Roosma was an absolute monster of a scorer. Easy yes without question with the Celtics.
