Cassius Stanley may have been one of the most under-the-radar stars in the modern day NBN. This may have been due to him playing with mostly mediocre teams, but Stanley was always a bright spot on these otherwise bleak teams. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- One of the best all-around SGs of his time, he was a dominant defender throughout his prime and one of the better scorers over his career, landing himself on both the points and field goals leaderboards.
- Longevity. 20 season career, very consistent scorer. Had he retired two years earlier, chances are he'd be around 22-23 points-per-game, 6-ish rebounds per game, along with more assists, steals, blocks per game.
- I find it hard to deny Stanley's ability, due to his leaderboard rankings. It's pretty hard for a shooting guard to land on any rankings outside of points, field goals, and steals, so his career was absolutely fantastic altogether when considering where he is.
Arguments Against Induction
- No ring's going to hurt his cause. Not sure if this is the be-all-end-all for people, but Stanley was primarily stuck on bad teams for most of his career.
- Awards are a bit light outside of his defensive dominance. Would've expected him to land on at least a few All-League teams throughout his career.
- .454/.839/.414 isn't a super great slash line for a guy who scored at such a ridiculous rate over a large chunk of his career. Add on the fact that he had a nutty amount of turnovers and it might hurt the cause a little bit.
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $25 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $25***
