No. All-Star caliber SF, but not a perennial all-league guy in a league very thin at his position during most of his career.

I'm voting yes, he was a high level player at the weakest position in the league. Seven straight years of 20+ PPG along with good rebounding and defense is good enough for a SF in my book.
