I would say yes because an amazing glue guy as a sixth man is HOF worthy in the same sense Manu Ginobili is in real life. This is an interesting point but would be more compelling if he won more than 1 6MOTY imo. The best 6th man of the last couple of seasons has been Toppin who won 2 in a row and I think everyone would agree that he's not a HOF either. If Simmons does get in, I think it's obviously as a Wizard for those 2 glorious pre season sims he spent here last season. FBB picks awards weird, especially 6MOY. |

I think had Simmons been built as a SF it would be an automatic yes, but because he was built in as a PG I don't think there's quite enough here. It's very close, but I'm going to vote no.

Personally voted yes. He had a very great career and was consistently one of the best defensive players in the entire league

No, but if there was a HOF for 6th man of the year, he would be there, he was best utilized there in my opinion. Crazy what he was doing when on that Sixers team backing up 1 through 5
