Another GOAT of the league, Killian Hayes played 20 seasons including 19 in Detroit, winning the MVP three times along with dominating the league en route to being a title winner and 8x All-League PG. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- For my vote, Killian Hayes is one of the few players who should unanimously be on the NBN Mt. Rushmore. He's currently the league's all-time leader in:
~ Games Played (1508)
~ Points (38,342)
~ Assists (14,030)
~ Steals (4,124)
~ Field Goals Made (14,535)
It's hard to argue that this guy isn't one of the greatest if not the greatest to ever play in the league.
- While Killian's end of career wasn't as great as the beginning considering he played into his late 30s, the guy won three MVP's in a row from '24-'26 and was a pretty much guaranteed 26/9/3 on 47-48% for the majority of his prime. He made the All-League team eight times, won the MVP three times, won Playoff MVP, and ended up in 12 different All-Star games.
- Killian Hayes was the definite "no fault" player for much of his career. He never turned the ball over more than 2.7 times per game while almost always being 9+ APG and he scored 25+ PPG on average for THIRTEEN seasons in a row. The dude had longevity and his ability was very apparent for the vast majority of his career.
Arguments Against Induction
- Honestly, it's surprising that Killian only won MVP three times given how good he was into the 2030's. The dude averaged 30.6/9 on 47% one year and didn't win MVP. FBB was HATING.
- Eh, it's pretty much just conjecture but I think he had a chance to be even better at the end of his career had he had the opportunity to leave while Detroit was rebuilding/retooling. I think he had a ton of ability left in the tank during some less-than-admirable years with the Pistons when things weren't going so well and he could've definitely won more titles elsewhere.
- I don't really have much else, to be honest. The dude did it all. Similar to Montero, it's hard to find faults when faults don't exist.
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $100 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $100***
