One of the best SF's in league history, Ousmane Dieng was part of FIVE title teams and was a staple of the Miami Heat's run of dominance as a consistently good player in so many different facets of his game. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- Five titles and a solid 444 double doubles with 12 All-League teams to his name... pretty unbelievable career, if you ask me. Like Murphy, Dieng never really dropped off and was a consistently great player throughout his career no matter the avenue he went down and team he played with.
- Stocks? He does it. Scoring? He does it. Rebounding? He does it. Efficiency? He does it. Outside of the turnovers, which were really a non-issue all things considered, Ousmane Dieng was an absolutely brilliant combination of abilities and skills that made one of the most unique SFs in the league, and frankly, one of the highest-level players in the NBN in league history.
- It's hard to find a player who scores better than 47% from the field and 43% from three and it was especially hard at the position of small forward, which should give him a lot of respect. He also rebounded at a 8-9/game rate which is spectacular and frankly, he was very much as good as they came at his position throughout the entirety of his career. A decade or more of DOMINANCE.
Arguments Against Induction
- Turnovers were not super fun, which created the only real "eh" out of his game. When a player produces at that level, it doesn't really matter that much but he did definitely deal with turnover issues little by little.
- He was a member of the Heat dynasty and that is enough against induction because they caused me and the rest of the Eastern Conference/the league trouble for like a decade. It was wild.
- Not much more than an average-ish level passer throughout his career and never really developed any ability to get consistent blocks. Shame, right?
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $100 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $100***
