Bias is killing it but I just don't have the pieces around him to make it work. Davis has not been as good as he has been and I upgrade big time with Sabonis. Not a fan of the contract but Tikhonenko has 3 years left and I have some solid contacts to work with to make it work. I accept. It just makes sense for the future of the Sonics franchise. Get them their picks back. Get mostly out of the cash hole I inherited and with Hardaway/Sarunas/Davis/West/Walton with Bouknight/Jimenez off the bench I think it can still be a playoff team.

Sabonis is a top 5 player in the league. Downgrading from Sabonis to Davis is not worth 2 picks that will all be in the 20s.
Sonics currently are in the top of the West despite their best players missing a TON of games.
Job of the interim is to keep the franchise steady and not nuke the roster and make it look unappealing for the next GM. Shame on you UC

Tim and Sabonis are the best point guard / center combo in the league right now and Sarunas is a very good SG. With some TLC and camps on Chuck this could be a legit contender in the West.

This has grounds for a veto imo, no reason an interim should be making a deal like this in the regular season when their team is 13-10 and 3 games out of the top of the conference
Why the fuck are the Sonics bringing in talent in the offseason just to turn around and downgrade heavily on the 2nd best F in the league
