Can you just forfeit a first round pick? I know second rounders can be free cut but I thought first rounders need to either be moved and you take that player. I’ve been screwed by this in the past but I guess maybe I missed a rule change

I’ve been screwed by this in the past but I guess maybe I missed a rule change Joseph did that and was ok. He skipped his 1st roudner to make Ballin a 2nd round pick. Like I am up against the grain and have only 2 roster spots with 3 1sts left. So wouldn't be able to roster anyone unless I was forced to cut a player to make space. |

Idk I got screwed in the past cause I was auto a player at like 28-29 and asked silver to cut him and was denied. This is why I dont pile up late picks anymore but if the rules are different now I’d like to know for future reference

I think as long as you forfeit before the draft pick is made it should be fine I mean I got auto then like 1 more pick happened. It is what it is now this was a long time ago just want some clarification Would be pretty weird if I can’t just forfeit my own draft pick lol Nothing against you just stating my opinion on this. I’m forfeiting to keep max cap space and passing up the opportunity to get a steal. |
