I'm trying to prevent teams from shopping it around too much and giving the early drafting teams an advantage. We need to go to FA soon after the team draft and the teams at the beginning of the draft already have a big enough advantage. Early teams have a disadvantage then with this point. Teams picking at the end will have 24 hours to shop to everyone. Early teams have no one to shop since the majority of the league is teamless.
