Amnesty was probably only meant to bail out teams in a bad cap situation at the start. Not a negotiating tool

Can’t gauge value when there’s 6 teams picked. I'm trying to prevent teams from shopping it around too much and giving the early drafting teams an advantage. We need to go to FA soon after the team draft and the teams at the beginning of the draft already have a big enough advantage. |
