ah bro sent me a first and $500 for Hartenstien so must be a bit sunken cost going on haha. i actually looked back at my dms, i'm only asking for one of the two bigs not both - i just wanted one of the bigs he's not playing to balance out the trade since everything knicks proposed is so lopsided in their favor that i can't understand the valuation - and then they are bringing other gms into saying they agree with knicks. i'm so lost - i'll gladly take the L and learn from this if other gm's are backing up their words and i'm misreading the file and take it as a learning opportunity about trading - since i'm finally in the market to try to fix my roster, but otherwise i'm lost in the woods. He asked me if I'd trade Rob Williams for Huerter and I wouldn't do that for my team. Huerter is only good at shooting which he hasn't done well in this league so far. Williams is a good defensive big which is more valuable imo. Not sure if that's what he was referring to or if that was the full offer though

He’ll be lucky to get a minimum in free agency this offseason.

thanks - that's not the primary trade nor the full trade, but maybe Williams is better than I thought and was a part of one the trades discussed. I'm not really interested in Williams though. appreciate it!

I'm not really interested in Williams though. appreciate it! In general, big man value is tied to stocks and rebounds. Williams is an average rebounder but he averages over 3 stocks per 36 and isn't on a bad contract. I think he's worth a decent amount of cash or a late pick. Hartenstein is similar but a better rebounder and signed cheaper, so worth more imo

I can also see hart being worth more - what about clarke, the other big?

He was a solid bench big last year in limited time though. I think all 3 of these guys are worth cash. I view late picks as just cash equivalents since people are always selling 1sts at the draft anyway

3-2, Sims went out for 3 of the games, but hung in there.
