I just think that if the bank is reset either way for the new Gm, then it shouldn't be an issue. It only became an issue because there was so much scouting that hadn't been withdrawn at the time. I'll leave it alone though

The Spree thing makes sense. That was exactly what I was going to do if he somehow dropped to me.

It's an issue because interim teams get all kinds of free cash to keep the team going and the players developed, but I don't want that free cash going towards giving me and rog more work scouting. I don't really care if an interim team makes less than optimal decisions when camping their players because they don't scout.
