Do you think keeping the same exact team each season even though they don't win a championship is good for chemistry or bad that they can't get together and finally win a title 2 years ago we made it to the west finals and lost in 7 to the kings, last year we made the playoffs but injuries derailed our season. I like this team and think we have even added to our depth. I don’t think it hurts chemistry when we continually win close to 55 games a year and are the 2-3 seed. Outside of that if other teams get better there is not much we can do |

How confident is the front office in not having much draft capital over the next few years and staying competitive? Not worried at all. Our big 3 are signed throughout the next 3 years we don’t have picks so I think worst case scenario those picks are low 20s. Love being competitive and feel we will be with this core |

What do you think is the biggest missing piece to get you your first title? Maybe my bigs in the past but feel this year we have 2 great defensive bigs. Injuries last year sucked and there is not much we can do about that. |

Can JHS ever meet his potential on a team with Reaves starting at SG? Maybe not his full potential but last year he averaged 19-7-4 and this year he’s off to scoring around 22. I think with his age and ability to score he’s very valuable that he can play the 3 and we know he’d probably be better suited at the 2 |

Which team would you consider a dark horse to win the title this year? Van and the Hawks, he made a nice run last year and just think with the talent he’s got I wouldn’t be shocked at all if Atlanta makes another run |

When do you think you might be ready to retool the team and get some draft capital back on the team? I really like competing. I spent a lot of years rebuilding in past NBN leagues and it’s nice to have a squad I can continually win with. I’m also excited that by the time I may be ready to retool we will get some cool retro players in the mix. For now there are only 5 teams ahead of us with more wins since we started this and I plan to continue to climb that ladder |
