Which of your young players are you most excited about? Leonard is too easy of an answer, Acuff Jr. is a surprise, and Toombs is becoming a nice project. But I'll lean towards Vernon Maxwell. Got him at #20, and odds are that he'll never excell at anything other at scoring, but hey if turns into a player that can score 20-25 a night efficiently I'd call that a steal. |

Is Josh Leonard really the future for Detroit? I'm not sure yet. His jumpshot was underdeveloped from what most people would like at that position. His rebounding was the weakest of the 5 SF who went in the lotto. Not a stock producer either. Lots of flaws in which likely won't all be recovered. I don't really see him as being the guy rather than a solid #2 or great #3 on a roster. However, right now the SF position is the weakest in the league, so he could very well be a top 5 in 4 years time. |

What made you choose Leonard over the other SF prospects? Honestly it was the handles, not that it really matters at that position, but it made me curious of what could it become or mean. Overall between O'Neal, Constanza, Wemby, and Leonard I didn't see much difference in the numbers. Each had a weakness but had a strength compared tp the others. |

To be honest I'd lile to collect to more picks in this year so I can control about a third of the draft. Then use them all for shits and giggles. Who knows though, I think what I do depends on who becomes availible for trade at the end of the season and if I can land at t least a top 3 pick this time. |

What's your take on Vernon Maxwell? If we can avoid a TC massacre, I think he has a shot at becoming an elite scorer. Then nothing else. His other numbers are weak and the best I could hope for is for it to be league average. |

You have put plenty of work into the rebuild , and have some really nice young players. You have a lot of picks in the next few drafts, are you looking to make a blockbuster move to start contending, or will you just stay the course with the rebuild?
