Way the game works is teenagers have a chance to increase their potential in TC. Maxing it would negate that chance, especially if you can you the points elsewhere

You use the +10 after tc. Didn’t read the note until now. Great pick by Bundy. High level D, C rebounder. Strap +10 to inside +10 jumpshot, and +2 three pointer and he will be dangerous |
