I think its impossible to say no to a guy who was as good defensively as Drummond was. Fucking five DPOTYs is nuts, and he has 2 top 2 core stats. Seems like a lock but who knows with this league. sure he was a defensive beast but bad FT and no offensive input? like you said he was the best in rebs and blocks --> 2 categories. it defenitly has me doubting and is no lock for me. My vote doesn't matter anymore though so i'll go with the pack here but if it was closer i'd be going back to previous similar players and look at how they were voted at.

Definite yes. I could use his defense right now if he wants to make a career resurgence in LA.

Drummond is the best defender in NBN history. The All-League awards don't do the guys who are defensive studs like Drummond any justice since they are offensive-driven awards. I can't think of any other players with 5 DPOY awards to their name. And he retired 1st in rebounds and 2nd in blocks all-time. He's certainly better than Scot Pollard who got in way too easily IMO. Claim the extra $25 for best contribution. Andre Drummond has been inducted into the NBN Hall of Fame. GoBlue44688 claim the $100 for his induction as a member of the Miami Heat.
