While I agree with most sentiments here...if we only have the one season to go by the #'s for me are an absolute yes. Basically 22 & 13, plus 4 APG & 3 Blks a game. For being @ the beginning stages of a league those all around #'s are fantastic. While there were more dominant bigs & the fact that the Kobe's/McGrady/Glenn Robinson are scoring @ such a prodigious clip should not take away from his season stats.

No, one of my favourite NBA players. But just not enough of a career to vote yes.

Hakeem or Akeem, it doesn't matter, except this dude was a beast. Can you imagine Clyde the Glide and Akeem on same College team? Unreal.
Yes Vote

Come on guys at 37 he put up great numbers just look assists at 4.1 a game and 3 blocks. Those are great numbers for a big and in 36% of the games he played in he was Player of the game compared to Zo who is a no brainer to go in and is at 37%. Take a Glenn Robinson who has been 1st team NBN twice and one of the top scorers for the past three seasons and he only wins player of the game 26% of the time. He dominated the games he played in he just didnt get to play enough of them. Also I hope this doesnt discount what I have said but he is my second favorite player of all time behind Sir Charles!! Put him in he deserves it!!!!!

Voted yes. His numbers across the board make him one of the most versatile big men ever. It's a shame he entered the league as such an advanced age but he did put up HOF-worthy numbers.

With 11 Yes votes out of 19 (58%) Hakeen Olijawon does not make the NBN hall of fame.
