Going to write a series of articles (hopefully lol) looking back on some of the most controversial trades in league history at the time they were made and how they turned out after draft picks, player development, etc. Wanted to post this to ask for people's input on what they thought were some of the most controversial or lopsided trades that were made in the past 30+ seasons?

Huge fan of this idea, I really look forward to seeing how this turns out!

Any Bulls/Pistons trade Smh its getting ridiculous Eh pretty sure it's consensus that they're bad though... I think PJ is going for trades which were hotly debated, at least I hope so!

Lumpp deal for sure
Arizin trade with Yourkers and I was pretty controversial at the time but I think it's worked out well for both of us so maybe not too controversial anymore

I'll bring it up because I know someone will anyway... the Justise Winslow trade.

I'll bring it up because I know someone will anyway... the Justise Winslow trade. Eh I don't think it was really that bad... Winslow was meh but good enough to be a 4th/5th starter, and Wendell Carter turned out to be trash (probably can attribute that to a poor drafting choice on my part though)...
