This division has had a huge makeover compared to previous seasons and has a lot of young talent. My auto locks were Giannakis, Tywman, and Stokes. At PG it's hard not to choose McAdoo, especially when he's not that expensive ($16.5), but Mannion/Giannakis look like the future of the PG position in the NBN and the salary flexibility it allows was to hard not to pass up. It's fitting that these 2 were traded for each other and should be compared for the next 10 seasons. At SG, Simons seems to have be having a quiet season compared to last year, but his stats remain the same, or better in a few areas, but his shooting is a little less efficient and he's taking less shots with Giannaikis/Schmidt now on the team. The 2nd spot I kind of punted to fit everyone else in that I wanted to. There wasn't really any other cheap SGs. Green should have a very bright future but is very raw right now. At SF Twyman is an easy lock with his salary. He's going to be a force in this league for a long time and expect he'd be scoring in the upper 20s if he wasn't on such a loaded offense. The other spot came down to Schmidt vs Calder, but I think Schmidt is the obvious choice. At PF Stokes joins Twyman as an easy shoe in. He's 23 and already one of the best rebounders in the league. He's a good scorer and averages nearly 4 stocks. Skinny is having a career year rebounding and putting up a 20-12-3 blocks and was really the only other choice at PF from this division. Going through each division, PF is probably the weakest around the league right now with a lot of teams just playing 2 centers. At Center Dino has become one of, if not the best center in the league. Russell has struggled offensively in his first 2 seasons, but makes a great defender/rebounder of the bench at only 3mil. Taking into account the salaries, these 2 were pretty easy to peg into the lineup

The Pacific is very top heavy, led by alot of guys with big contracts and a few teams not really contributing much. This division really lacks the star(s) on their 3rd and 4th year of their rookie deal. The auto locks were Cousy (just pencil him into every lineup until he retires), Qu and Kerris. At PG, Cousy is the likely MVP on the best contract in the NBN. Somehow he continues to get better scoring a league best 36.5 ppg on 51% shooting. His backcourt mate also fits in nicely on his MLE contract. Griggs has slid right into the Newhouse spot and the Sonics haven't missed a beat. SG was a tough choice between 4 veterans in Belov, McDermott, Holloway, and Dort. Belov was the #1 among that group, averaging a career high 33ppg. Most impressively though is the 1 turnover a game for how much he handles the ball. The hardest choice was the 2nd spot. Dort is having a down season and it really came down to Holloway vs McDermott. McDermott is a better scorer and Holloway is a better all around player who has a good chance at another all defensive team. I tried to fit in Holloway, but ultimately needed the extra $1mil in salary difference and chose McDermott. Jesus was too expensive to consider at $21mil. SF is a pretty weak spot in this division. I'm not a big Chia fan with nearly 4 turnovers a game. I decided to use the salary elsewhere (mainly at SG) and chose Blanchfield. He has a good all-around game that fits well into a lineup like this. It really came down to Blanchfield vs Fuzzy. At the 2nd spot, the only 2 guys I could really afford were Modestas and Jalen Johnson. I think Johnson will end up becoming an ultimate do everything guy on a good team, but he's no where close yet. Modestas scoring hasn't fully developed yet, but he's still only 20 having been in the NBN for 4 years already. Kerris has been a lock on the past few teams with his rebounding/blocking and nice flat 9mil contract. He's having a down year scoring wise and blocks, but is rebounding at a career high 13.4. The 2nd spot was between Thiolon, Heinsohn, and Rodgers if I could fit him. I ended up going with Thiolon because he offers more defensively and is having his best season. Qu was a lock after earning his first all-star appearance and is on one of the best value contracts in the league. He averages a double-double and is amongst the league leader in blocks. The last spot came down to Matt Wright vs rookie Krumins. Both players are pretty similar, but Wright is slightly better in my opinion. The salary difference didn't allow me to do anything significant, so I went with Wright over Krumins.
