Arguments FOR Induction
- 10th all time in games, 10th all time in rebounds, 28th all time in blocks, 16th all time in double doubles. 
- Balsa was extremely steady throughout his career. Scored well his entire career, and while he never shot free throws at a better than average pace, he was a great outside shooter for a big, grabbed rebounds very well, passed at a great level for a big, and added stocks as well.
- 816 double doubles tell the story well, on top of a few player of the weeks and 111 player of the game awards.

Aruments Against Induction
- No ring will likely hurt his candidacy here.
- Never made an All-League team, always in the shadows of KAT, Neon, Embiid, Lopez, and the rest of the elite center groups that ran the league for over a decade.
- Turned the ball over at a high pace for a big.

Good if not unspectacular career and a draft pick of mine so he holds a special place in my heart but doesn't have the numbers or awards to merit being in the Hall of Fame sadly

Another case of a guy who has plenty of skill but just didn’t put together enough high caliber campaigns to make his way to the HOF. He was a good player, maybe very good at times, but in my opinion he falls short of being one of the all time greats. That’s a no for me dog.
