The reigning and defending champs brought back the majority of their roster and are looking to repeat. If anyone has any questions you know what to do!

Why do you think you were able to bring back kerris at such a cheap price?
Who is your biggest threat to stopping you from going back to back?

Where does the wing duo of Calder/McDermott rank in the league?

Why do you think you were able to bring back kerris at such a cheap price? Who is your biggest threat to stopping you from going back to back? I think the cap situation here is a big reason I was able to bring back Kerris on a cheaper deal. There are only a few teams that had cap space available and most of those are either inactive or rebuilding so they weren't going to want a 30 year old on a big contract. I'm fine with others underestimating Kerris as I think he's one of the best defensive bigs in the league and to be able to pair him with Risen for the same price as Barksdale went for is a definite win in my book. As far as going back to back, I think the Blazers made some solid moves and totally remade their team. I also think if the Nuggets can add some depth at C/PF they could be a major roadblock as well.

Are you going to miss playing us in the playoffs? I am definitely going to miss our epic battles in the WCF. I think you definitely got the best of me but it was fun nonetheless. I'm sure you will be back in a few years and hopefully we can continue to wage war against each other. dancin

Where does the wing duo of Calder/McDermott rank in the league? I think they are definitely one of the top duos in the league. Both are A+ outside shooters now in an outside offense. McDermott finally broke out last season and had a career year and Calder is one of the top SFs in league history so I think the two of them paired with Playoff MVP Frankie Brian create a lethal outside shooting force that not many teams, if any, can slow down or match up with.

How do you think McDermott was able to take that next step last year and so far this year?

How do you think McDermott was able to take that next step last year and so far this year? I know that his potential was still high and his ratings were always solid. I think he's just finally getting the opportunities that he was lacking before with other players on the team and he is making the most of them. He was always one of the best shooters in the league and I think he is a late bloomer and finally coming into his own.

If you were forced to trade away the guy that you consider to be your best player... who would it be, and who would you trade him for?

If you were forced to trade away the guy that you consider to be your best player... who would it be, and who would you trade him for? I think McDermott is likely my best player given his age and development over the past 2 seasons. As for what I'd be looking to get, I am in the market for a young stud PG on a rookie deal that I can develop since Frankie is old and likely to retire after this season.
