Mannion(10,500,000)/DeMarco(6,000,000)
Total: $77,576,854
Overview: the midwest was pretty easy to put together. For me the main players were Stokes, Twyman, and Mannion who are all on amazing contracts. Stokes is the best big in the league and is a must especially at the front end of his max contract. Twyman is just getting underpaid and he is just a must with his all around game and his young age. He should only get better. Mannion has shown how valuable he is when coming to the Spurs. He has taken his game to the next level and is getting paid next to nothing for his value. Now filling out the rest of the roster I went with Wilt because he is a stud and is on his rookie deal and will be on this list for a long time and next to him is his running mate in Bitadze who just got all league 1st team. Next to Stokes I went with Schayes because there was not much else to like at the PF position and I like his scoring capability and good defense and rebounding. Next to Twyman I went with Mlkvy who is on the MLE and is way underpaid but when people don't sign their free agents you get people on bargain deals. Mlkvy is doing very nice for a twolves team getting back into the playoffs. At SG I went with Jones who I really like and is signed to a very nice deal for a well rounded SG and Green who is on his rookie and should only continute to get better and lastly my last PG is DeMarco who is on a very nice deal and has shown he can be a very good starter if needed.

The Midwest division is a feast or famine division. The top teams are loaded and the bottom teams have almost nothing. My auto locks were Wilt, Twyman, and Green. I started backwards this time with Center. Wilt was an easy plug in and while Russell rookie contract was wasted, he's still a great defensive big at only $3mil. This pairing allowed me to stack the other positions and what's better than a Wilt/Russell duo? They allowed me to do the dream PG pairing of Mannion/Giannakis. If I went with Goga over Russell, I wouldn't have been able to fit both of them and this seems like the most fun way to build a team. There wasn't really any other cheap PGs in the division to persuade me from this duo. At SG Jalen Green has the makings to become a 2-way star. The 2nd spot came down to Palubinskas vs Sam Jones and in the end I needed the extra salary. Eddie is an elite shooter, but I prefer Jones's all-around game for this lineup. At SF I'm a big fan of Twyman and SF is a weak spot in this division. The 2nd spot was pretty weak and Mlkvy was really the only option. I think as a scorer off the bench would be a really nice fit for him. In the East lineup I mentioned that Edwards is probably the best bigman in the league, but I think that title should probably go to Stokes. He's an elite scorer, rebounder and shot blocker. The last spot came down to LaRusso, Tarik, Dutch, or Mikan and I think Tarik provides the best all around game right now, but I'm sure next year it would belong to LaRusso.

Overview: The Pacific is just a weird conference build. You have your stacked teams and then teams that dont have much to offer. So it made it a little difficult but I feel I put a solid team together. Dancker is an underrated center who puts up good numbers and is signed very cheaply. Bellamy is a guy who will be a star and once his defense develops he will be something else. At PF I went with a favorite in Kerris who I have always liked. He brings amazing defense and rebounding and next to him I went with Howell who is versatile and just keeps growing as a player. He should be a player to watch and someone who the Lakers should build around. At SF I went with Yardley who has been the best piece in a game changing season for the blazers who are in 1st place out west. He is a do it all SF who's game seems to always be getting better. The other SF position goes to the youngster Johnson from the Suns. He is so damn versatile and can play pretty much every position. If he was ever able to fix his turnover problem he would be a flat out stud in this league. At SG there was not much to like and very few to pick from and since I did well with the cap I was able to choose 2 of the best in Dort and McDermott. They both are high quality scorers and defenders. They both mean alot to their teams success and if you can have both why not. Lastly at PG I went with Case who is having a great year running point for the blazers. 19 and 10 while only turning the ball over 1.6 times a game is huge for a guy getting paid under t mill a year. Next time I go with the rookie big O because he is on the first year of his rookie deal and because he really is just a stud. His game is not complete and there is still work to be done but he will be something else and will be on this list for a long time.

My auto locks for this division was Oscar and Yardley. This division probably has the weakest overall collection of PG talent with really only 3.5 teams trying to compete. Went with the savings/youth with Oscar. There probably can be a debate on whose better between Case and Isaacs, but when factoring in the salary it was easy to choose Case. At SG there's the big 3 in this divsion but they are all expensive. I really like McDermott's defensive ability so he was my 1st choice. With the lack of cheap options, I had to spend up for Queeley and go cheaper at other positions. Dort vs Queeley is an interesting debate. I wasn't able to do anything with the savings from Dort to Queeley, so I went with Queeley. Yardley's my favorite player in the league and an easy choice with his restructured contract. Their isn't any other cheap SF options, so Jalen was also nearly a lock for the 2nd spot. If he can fix those turnovers, he could be a top SF within the next few seasons. At PF there isn't any must have's in the division. I wasn't paying $18mil for Coleman and I chose Heinsohn over Bailey and I probably could have selected Bailey over Macauley. There wasn't any big upgrade I could make with the savings. Macauley's lack of shot blocking is frustrating, but his steals alleviate it somewhat. The center spot in this division is just terrible. Bellamy would have been a lock and probably will be next year, but a center with under 2blocks a game isn't ideal. Dancker's salary and shot blocking were much needed in this lineup. He'd probably put up something like 14-12-3 stat line as a starter at only 2.5mil salary. Overall this is defeintely my least favorite lineup of the 4 this year and easy to see why with 3 bad teams and even the Lakers aren't good, but they do have some young guys to choose from.
