Unfortunately Im having laptop issues so Im unable to copy and paste the answers into one post so Ill just have to edit them individually yourkers15 answers With the luxury tax being apart of the league you don't often see many bad contracts in the league, however if you can, name the worst contract you think is the worst in the league?
SGA. That contract made the bulls hit the hard cap. I know that they no longer have a gm and are CPU run but with that huge contract it makes it hard to make moves and SGA is a good player but not worth the contract but Jones is right next to him as he was no where near the worth of the contract even though I like him as a player.
Continuing the player contracts theme, which player in the league has the best contract in the league?
Cousy easily. He signed a rookie extension max and is worth even double that and will probably win another MVP. He is a straight stud who is under under paid.
With the NBA Finals now done and dusted and the Raptors holding the trophy for the first time in their franchise, do you think they would have had the same success if the Warriors had no injuries during the series?
I think they could of still been successful but without KD and then klay going down the warriors were fucked. Add in cousins was not 100 percent and the Raptors had the depth on their side. I feel it would of still been a great series but feel the Warriors come out on top as they would of just had too much fire power.
Have we witnessed the end of the Warriors dynasty or will they work through the injury setbacks and the cloud of Durants future and get back to being the best team in the NBA?
I think they will be just fine. You still have curry and green and should have klay coming back to them. Even without Durant they won a championship and 73 games. So they could do it without him. It just made it easier with him.
The market for the 2020 Season is already out and the Warriors have been placed as the favourites with the Lakers 2nd, there’s a lot of big names been linked with the Lakers and its likely they will have a lot of new names on their roster for next year, which players do you think will end up joining LeBron?
I feel kyrie comes back to Lebron. I dont see Kawhi joining lebron because he showed he can do it without him. Davis could end up there but I feel he would be better suited somewhere else. I feel the reunion is set in stone and it will be interesting as Irving realised he is a number 2 over a number 1.
Which player in the NBN do you find the most intriguing? Could be a player with a unique skill set or someone who just seems to always outplay their ratings, discuss.
One of my favorites was Cosic. As I loved his skill set and even now he keeps on growing. He actually started blocking shots and he can really score the ball. He is a true stud who is stuck in a bad situation. Always loved his game though.
With the NBN Regular Season almost over how would you rate your teams performance for the Season to date?
Terrible. Started out 5-0 ! and then injuries and lack luster play came out and it was time for a change. But I like the position I am in and feel like with all the cap space in the world my team is in a good position to make some moves and get to winning because I hate the losing even when I want to rebuild.
Drafting is one of the most enjoyable times in the NBN especially if you manage to draft a future superstar, out of all the players you have drafted during your time in the league which ones were your favourite and which have/had the most success in their career?
My favorite player I drafted and to me had the most success was Avery Bradley. He was at pick 23 and needed some help in handles and hit big in the G league and then his potential hit it big and he became a star. I loved what he became and felt.good building a low pick into a stud. Next would be Ramsey as I loved his draft notes and wanted them to play out and it just didnt happen the way I wanted.

With the luxury tax being apart of the league you don't often see many bad contracts in the league, however if you can, name the worst contract you think is the worst in the league?
PG KC Jones. He's a good defender, but overall he's a below average PG. He's a consistent 44% shooter and one of the worst 3pt shooters in the league. He has 3 years left at $18mil, $20mil, and $21mil. Someone like him should be making the MLE. It was a terrible contract from the minute it was signed too.
Continuing the player contracts theme, which player in the league has the best contract in the league?
PF Bailey Howell, C Honglin Qu, SF Djorde Pazin, PG Larry Costello are all guys with great contacts. They all have 2-3 years left that should carry them through their prime as below average market rates.
With the NBA Finals now done and dusted and the Raptors holding the trophy for the first time in their franchise, do you think they would have had the same success if the Warriors had no injuries during the series?
No I don't. You can see for just the quarter that KD played how much better he made the Warriors. It would have probably gone to game 7 even if Klay just never got hurt and if you add in Durant I think the Warriors would have won pretty handily.
Have we witnessed the end of the Warriors dynasty or will they work through the injury setbacks and the cloud of Durants future and get back to being the best team in the NBA?
think we have witnessed the end of the Warriors finals streak, but not necessarily the end of the Warriors.
They will undoubtedly take a step back next year as KD and/or Klay rehab, but I still think they could be good enough to sneak into the playoffs. Beyond next year though, assuming they bring back Klay they should be good enough to be a good playoff contender with Curry/Klay/Green. It won't be the same as it has been, but I don't think they are going to suddenly become a perennial lotto team.
The market for the 2020 Season is already out and the Warriors have been placed as the favourites with the Lakers 2nd, there’s a lot of big names been linked with the Lakers and its likely they will have a lot of new names on their roster for next year, which players do you think will end up joining LeBron?
Writing this after the AD trade. All of the other big names are now being linked to the Lakers for their 3rd spot like Kawhi, Kyrie, Kemba and Butler. I personally think they would be better off using their remaining cap space to build a team around them instead of acquiring another star and having no depth. With LeBron's age and AD's injury history I think they would be better off signing 3 mid level guys to ease the load and build a 7 man roster instead of going complete stars and scrubs and putting the pressure on AD and LeBron every night. If they could sign say Beverely, Reddick and cheap shot blocking center I think it makes the overall team better.
Which player in the NBN do you find the most intriguing? Could be a player with a unique skill set or someone who just seems to always outplay their ratings, discuss.
-Im going to say PF Maurice Stokes as the most intriguing player. There's no other big man in the league like him and he really has no weaknesses. I guess you could nit pick and wish he was a slightly better FT shooter. . His FT% and 3pt% have increased every year and if he can grow is outside game a little more he could really be the best player in the league. I wish FBB awards didn't favor PG so much and gave love to some of the other great players in the league and more people would talk about them. He's the best scoring big, top 2-3 in rebounding and shot blocking. Great passer. 49% FG from a big is very hard to do in the NBN.
With the NBN Regular Season almost over how would you rate your teams performance for the Season to date?
Id say I finished slightly disappointed with my season. My team is good, but I had hopes for it to be close to a 60 win team. I didn't expect the East to be as good as it was, so some of it is that. Beginning the season I returned the same team that went to the ECF the year before minus Davies, but with an improved Nicolin and added Barnett. I guess I missed Davies more than I was expecting and didn't expect Skinny/Hagan to start to decline. Skinny picked it up as the year went along, but had a slow start.
Drafting is one of the most enjoyable times in the NBN especially if you manage to draft a future superstar, out of all the players you have drafted during your time in the league which ones were your favourite and which have/had the most success in their career?
I didn't draft Yardley, but traded for him after his rookie season. He's hands down my favorite player in the NBN and the one who I'm most proud of developing. Turned him into a HOFer and probably the 2nd best SF of his generation. If it wasn't for Arizin, he'd be looked at differently.
-As for guys I strictly drafted. I really liked Cosic in his draft and was considering him at #1 (took Macauley). When he fell to #8 I made a move to go up and get him. I'm not surprised at the player he became, but I wasn't patient enough with him. I moved him for a win now move as a rookie and then reacquired him later on. His shot blocking took to long to develop so I wanted to move on after that, but now that it's really developed in the past 3 seasons, he's been one of the best bigs in the league. I'm also still extremely high on SG Dick Barnett. Grabbed him at #14 and think he's going to be a future star. I'm hoping he's my next Yardley.

With the luxury tax being apart of the league you don't often see many bad contracts in the league, however if you can, name the worst contract you think is the worst in the league?
I gave a pretty rough contract to Gregor Fucka a while ago. He was a very high if not max potential prospect that still had high potential after his rookie deal and I was very afraid that he was going to be sniped by someone with cash in FA because he had good notes iirc, so I overspent a bit. He turned out to be a role backup big and that kinda sucked, but I traded him after he didn't pan out so it didn't burn me too bad.
Continuing the player contracts theme, which player in the league has the best contract in the league?
One of my favorite "do-it-all" players in the league, Ernest Houghton. Guy has a cheap contract and averaged 27.3 PPG this year. Nasty.
With the NBA Finals now done and dusted and the Raptors holding the trophy for the first time in their franchise, do you think they would have had the same success if the Warriors had no injuries during the series?
No, Warriors win in 6 if Klay is healthy all series and KD came back at 5 and stayed healthy.
Have we witnessed the end of the Warriors dynasty or will they work through the injury setbacks and the cloud of Durants future and get back to being the best team in the NBA?
I think the Warriors will get back to being the best team in the NBA. The way their cap works especially, they can keep Steph, Klay, KD, Draymond, and build off that moving forward. They make enough money to easily get that done.
The market for the 2020 Season is already out and the Warriors have been placed as the favourites with the Lakers 2nd, there’s a lot of big names been linked with the Lakers and its likely they will have a lot of new names on their roster for next year, which players do you think will end up joining LeBron?
I'm gonna guess that they get Anthony Davis and Khris Middleton. I think AD is a given and then they'll make a move to grab one of the FA's in the market with a max slot.
Which player in the NBN do you find the most intriguing? Could be a player with a unique skill set or someone who just seems to always outplay their ratings, discuss.
I'm still mystified by how good Paul Arizin is. I've seen a lot of good players who score big, but almost never someone who ran the averages like he did.
With the NBN Regular Season almost over how would you rate your teams performance for the Season to date?
I'm very happy, considering I got rid of half of the skill on my team. Very happy with the outcome here with Modestas, etc additions too. He's an absolute $tud.
Drafting is one of the most enjoyable times in the NBN especially if you manage to draft a future superstar, out of all the players you have drafted during your time in the league which ones were your favourite and which have/had the most success in their career?
My favorite "draftee" is probably Bill Sharman. He's a guaranteed bucket and a very high clip shooter, on top of being an insane defender. As close to my Hall of Fame as any of my draftees. My most successful draftees include guys like Sharman and Naulls. I didn't draft Vern, but I camped him all the way through and held him forever, so I consider him one of my draftees considering he was basically CPU'd.

1. With the luxury tax being apart of the league you don't often see many bad contracts in the league, however if you can, name the worst contract you think is the worst in the league?
- Has to Be Alexander on the Bulls. Don’t get me wrong he’s putting up strong numbers but to be stuck with that contract is going to make things very difficult to maneuver and create space. Not having a GM will make things worse cause they can’t egwn rack up cash and cut down some of them years.
2. Continuing the player contracts theme, which player in the league has the best contract in the league?
- easy one. Bob Cousy. Guy is the perfect package and on his way to win another MVP award. Guy is making 13 million and putting up 30-11. Incredible
3. With the NBA Finals now done and dusted and the Raptors holding the trophy for the first time in their franchise, do you think they would have had the same success if the Warriors had no injuries during the series?
- I don’t think so at all. The warriors at full strength is one of the best cores we have seen in a long time. I also think If Klay doesn’t get hurt they win game 6 and we are possibly watching the warriors 3 peat.
4. Have we witnessed the end of the Warriors dynasty or will they work through the injury setbacks and the cloud of Durants future and get back to being the best team in the NBA?
- if they stayed healthy I think they were done but now with all these injuries I can see them bonding even more together and staying put. Not sure how the money will work but wouldn’t be shocked to see them stay
5. The market for the 2020 Season is already out and the Warriors have been placed as the favourites with the Lakers 2nd, there’s a lot of big names been linked with the Lakers and its likely they will have a lot of new names on their roster for next year, which players do you think will end up joining LeBron?
i think if the Lakers can somehow get Anthony Davis in a trade I would like to see Jimmy Butler land in LA. Bron AD and Butler would be a hell of a defensive team and think they would all work very well together.
6. Which player in the NBN do you find the most intriguing? Could be a player with a unique skill set or someone who just seems to always outplay their ratings, discuss.
Drazen Dalipagic. I had him in Fiba and watched him dominate. Honestly maybe it’s cause there’s so many solid SFs but I never really noticed him. I’ve only been back in the league for 2 season but this dude flat out scores man
7. With the NBN Regular Season almost over how would you rate your teams performance for the Season to date?
- taking over a young squad that won 19 games I was happy to win 39 last year. I thought we were going to be a bit better and possibly make the playoffs this year but that doesn’t look like the case. Possibly gunna be back around 39 wins again. I do like my young core of Jalen Bridges and Walt. We shall see what the future holds.
8. Drafting is one of the most enjoyable times in the NBN especially if you manage to draft a future superstar, out of all the players you have drafted during your time in the league which ones were your favourite and which have/had the most success in their career?
- I had a couple years in a row where I drafted really solid talent. I’d say my best players I’ve drafted were Everette Case Francisco Mattei and Youssafa Fall. Incredible I got all 3 of those dudes in a matter of 2 drafts. Never led to a title but we won a lot of games in NY and I think that shows you don’t always have to get all your talent from FA. Winning starts in the draft

My answers
With the luxury tax being apart of the league you don't often see many bad contracts in the league, however if you can, name the contract you think is the worst in the league?
Worst would have to be SGA but at least his not on a team where a GM will have to be stuck with it, would definitely struggle to find a GM to be willing to take the Bulls if we needed to find one, SGA is performing ok but the 2nd half of that contract is horrid
Continuing the player contracts theme, which player in the league has the best contract in the league?
Stokes way outperforms the contract that his on, would have to be the best big in the game yet only on a rookie max, I think Goga just resigned for unders as well which Im fairly happy about too, Modestas another and Cousy
With the NBA Finals now done and dusted and the Raptors holding the trophy for the first time in their franchise, do you think they would have had the same success if the Warriors had no injuries during the series?
Definitely no, I do think the Raptors were the better team in the first couple of games but they did drop off a bit when trying to close out games and I think the pressure did get to them when Durant went down and everyone were expecting the Raptors to win in 5, had Klay not hurt himself in Game 6 I think the Warriors would win Game 6 and they would have had all the momentum heading into Game 7
Have we witnessed the end of the Warriors dynasty or will they work through the injury setbacks and the cloud of Durants future and get back to being the best team in the NBA?
Depends on when Klay returns, an ACL is usually a 12 month injury however NBA teams have every doc out there un their sleeves so they likely get the right treatment to have him back in 6 - 8 months, the Warriors will still be a playoff team in the West but think they might struggle to reach the Conference finals though
The market for the 2020 Season is already out and the Warriors have been placed as the favourites with the Lakers 2nd, there’s a lot of big names been linked with the Lakers and its likely they will have a lot of new names on their roster for next year, which players do you think will end up joining LeBron?
AD was on the table and that wasn’t s big suprise to see the trade happen, though im more suprised the Lakers GM wasn’t smart enough to have enough cap left over to bring another max player on board. I don’t think their will be a 3rd star to sign, but they’ll just fill the team with role players and shooters. AD and LBJ will just take turns on offense.
Which player in the NBN do you find the most intriguing? Could be a player with a unique skill set or someone who just seems to always outplay their ratings, discuss.
Id have to go with a player I just traded to the Mavericks, Evan Mobley. Looks a similar mold to Cosic ratings wise but it’s difficult to know how good he’ll be till he gets more playing time next Season, I was heavily camping his defence and he should be a solid stat defender but it will interesting if his ratings translate to the stat sheet.
With the NBN Regular Season almost over how would you rate your teams performance for the Season to date?
Early in the Season when I brought Ferry in and had him and Tal starting I expected to drop off a little but luckily it didn’t really happen, both players played their role well and Goga and Queeley had very solid Seasons, so out of 10 Id give it a 8.
Drafting is one of the most enjoyable times in the NBN especially if you manage to draft a future superstar, out of all the players you have drafted during your time in the league which ones were your favourite and which have/had the most success in their career? From what I remember I think I drafted Slim with my first pick and Barlow followed the next Season, both have had decent careers imo, Slim is stuck losing at Atlanta and Barlow finally won a dpoty award which was way overdue, Costello is another I drafted who has turned out pretty good too.

Jul 1, 2019 at 8:16pm QuoteMessage Options 1. The playoffs are done and the Blazers walked away with their 1st championship, what were your predictions for the playoffs?
I think the same teams from last season will be at the top with more stake in the game compared to teams going into this new cap change, which will be interesting. I think the biggest sleeper team will be the Warriors withing having a great start last year and likely might have won it all or took Bundy to 7 games if everyone was healthy all year.
2. Were their any surprise upsets as well?
I felt the Hornets getting worked that bad sucked. Possibly the Cavs as well, but I think they all had injuries, which still effects the upset to me.
3. Celtics situation had a GSW feel to it with Cousy getting injured, do you think a healthy Cousy would have been enough to reach the Finals?
Most likely. He is the best player in the league, in the best position of the league, and well has already done it so much, so yes I think it would have been a different Finals all together.
4. Time to talk about the draft, imo there was no clear cut #1 player to pick, Rockets took Willis Reed, do you think he’ll live up to the expectations or will he be uncamped and another waste of talent to put on a Rockets jersey?
If this clown doesn't camp him every year, he should be fired for that first off and should be something to put him on point for that. I love Willis Reed as the history of a player and the draft, I think this is a great pick and stand by my if he isn't fully camped or traded, he needs to be fired.
5. Which teams were the winners and losers out of the draft? How would you rate your own teams performance?
Rockets with Willis reed is Winner to me. Love the pick and player, love to see what he can do. Nets with Gilles curren't not looking good in the draft.
For myself, I killed it, got Don Nelson, the man, got him mentored and looking like a solid late lotto pick, but needs work on defense. I also got Olson to send in GLeague who I like in the draft camps.
6. TC can make or break a player, which players on your team took steps in their development and which didn’t get the results you were hoping for?
Actually everyone took a nice step that I cared about. Guy Rodgers, Ausbie, Nelson, Vautier, and about same for Pieri and AA, but everything progressed in the right direction for me, so the Preseason and early sims will be key to see what they can do and trade extra assets which I am hoping to do. Guy Rodgers looks like a diamond in the rough, plus his Late Bloomer camp he can have to his skill set.
7. FA class wasn’t as stacked as most Seasons however their still were some very nice older players available, were there any FA signings that took your fancy?
FA is over. Landed Ausbrie and Guy Rodgers. About that, only thing stacked is your Mother!!!
8. Where there any that you weren’t a fan of? Also were you pleased/not pleased with your own teams FA period?
I had a great big meal in FA with a large portion of 'CHIA', a little 'White' 'Guy' Cu'Yury' and some Josiah 'Jam'es..........
9. The results are up for the first Preseason sim, how did your team go and will you be trying to make any upcoming roster changes?
Team was fine, testing out players. Looking to deal anyone but Don Nelson and Pieri at the moment. Come get some Sixers!!!!
10. Finally, there was a lot of hype regarding the NBA FA period and it definitely didn’t disappoint on its opening day, what are your thoughts on it and what moves are you expecting to happen during the rest of FA?
Go Sonics! Go Sonics! Go Sonics! LOL at the nets paying KD for 4 years to play 3 years for them. I think so dumb on these players basically making deals behind the scenes. Lebron can't play without a super star, I love the fact I grew up with the best of the NBA in the late 80's to 90's.

1. The playoffs are done and the Blazers walked away with their 1st championship, what were your predictions for the playoffs? I expected a better showing from a few teams that kind of fizzled out earlier than I expected due to the amount of talent. I thought it was a race between my Celtics, the Cavs, and the Hornets out East.. and then expected the Clippers to bully their way into the finals from a lower seed like they tend to do. The Blazers winning was a bit of a surprise, but looking at their roster a little closer showed the amount of depth and talent they had acquired and it made sense that they took the title this past year with their depth at all positions. 2. Were their any surprise upsets as well? Honestly, a little biased, but the Raptors upsetting myself AND the Hornets was a bit of a surprise. They went full Dolla Dame NBA 2019 Portland Trailblazers on everyone and went to the ECF where they eventually lost. That was quite the run. 3. Celtics situation had a GSW feel to it with Cousy getting injured, do you think a healthy Cousy would have been enough to reach the Finals? Ya this one hurt me because I had finally assembled what felt like the best core of players I've had in the recent past but injuries anchored me down a bit at a horrible time, which screwed up my seeding and my playoff performance. But it happened and injuries are part of the game and it opened up the field for some other really good teams to show what they had under the hood. BUT that being said, my team was close to full strength for the back half of that series that we had a shot, but it was too little too late and we didn't show up and take it back. 4. Time to talk about the draft, imo there was no clear cut #1 player to pick, Rockets took Willis Reed, do you think he’ll live up to the expectations or will he be uncamped and another waste of talent to put on a Rockets jersey? This was a tough draft that wasn't extremely exciting, but it watching the Rockets take another legendary big man prospect to potentially rot next to my favorite player of all time, Bill Russell, just makes me sad. I hope we're all wrong and the Rockets surprise us and camp the crap out of him or let him go in a trade to get a win-now talent. BUT I have a feeling that wont happen. 5. Which teams were the winners and losers out of the draft? How would you rate your own teams performance? The obvious winner in my opinion was the Spurs who have collected a war chest of young talent. They picked up two ideal NBN bigs in Bogut and "Big D" to anchor their lineup with strong defense and rebounding. I really love Bogut for many reasons, but sneakily for his B handles, which reminds me of when I had Marc Gasol who routinely put up triple doubles at the Center position, which is fairly rare. Another sneaky winner is the Jazz who picked up Tom Stith, who will have his potential set to 100, just adding to that high upside front court they're building out there in Utah with him, Wilt, and Larusso (who looked GREAT in that preseason sim). I also like the later pick of Reggie Harding by the Wolves, who could end up with a stud if they can find a mentor for him to boost his potential. The other guy I have my eye on is Alain Gilles, who the Nets dropped a hefty cost to draft. If he turns into a stud thats a great pickup at the 9 spot in the draft, but all he invested was cash, so either way its a win. Losers in this draft is tough to say at this point since overall it was a pretty weak class and in my opinion everyone who had a late lottery pick kind of lost out. Biggest loser will probably be Willis Reed in the end For myself, it was tough since I didn't have my own pick, but bought into the back half of the draft and scooped up Terry Dischinger, who has solid potential and a base ratings set that (with some SERIOUS help from TC) could have a poor man's Oscar Schmidt type archetype. But considering he was a late pick, I don't have a ton of hope of him turning into a full blown star, so my focus remains on winning now. I would give myself a B on that pick for now, hoping it pans out over time. 6. TC can make or break a player, which players on your team took steps in their development and which didn’t get the results you were hoping for? My team had the classic TC where no one changed too much, which happens on a team full of old guys and vets who are already in their prime. Dischinger took a small boost going +1 inside scoring but losing his A potential, and my guy Phil Jordon went +1 inside and +1 rebounding which will allow him to take on a bigger role off the bench this season. Other than that, pretty much stale TC in Boston. 7. FA class wasn’t as stacked as most Seasons however their still were some very nice older players available, were there any FA signings that took your fancy? I was very happy that we were able to sign Simons to a team friendly 22 mil flat deal that will be valuable in the new cap system. I also loved the Brody signing by the Blazers who were able to make him even more valuable after receiving the Playoff MVP award the previous season. And the Blazers securing Queeley for next year also was a great signing to stay elite. 8. Where there any that you weren’t a fan of? Also were you pleased/not pleased with your own teams FA period? Honestly, given the fact that the cap changes next season, it was interesting to watch some of the GM's think ahead and sign players to deals that will look great next year. The Pistons for example, went into this FA period with no one but their newly drafted rookie, and now they have a very appealing looking cap situation with a ton of flat deals on even numbers. Lots of 0's going on there. Classic Yourkers being one step ahead. 9. The results are up for the first Preseason sim, how did your team go and will you be trying to make any upcoming roster changes? My team performed very well in that first preseason sim, which was encouraging considering out slow start last year sucking the wind out of the season. I think the only major moves I will be looking to make will be to either get younger while staying competitive or simply try and shore up the bench. Unless a great offer comes in for one of my stars and I can jump start a rebuild. 10. Finally, there was a lot of hype regarding the NBA FA period and it definitely didn’t disappoint on its opening day, what are your thoughts on it and what moves are you expecting to happen during the rest of FA? It was crazy to see KD commit to the Brooklyn Nets alongside Kyrie mainly. I was hoping Kyrie would go there and just destroy what they built just like he did in Boston, but we only get one year of frustrated loner Kyrie, before they immediately become the favorite to win it all (unless Lebron recruits Kawhi). Otherwise, I loved the Kemba to Boston move, even though it won't make then any better unless they can trade for a star big man to capitalize on the big injuries around the league this year while its wide open. After that it was pretty weird. Horford to Philly was cool, Butler to Miami was weird, D-Lo to the Warriors was sweet, the Knicks ongoing dumpster fire is hilarious.. Lots of entertainment all around!
