The Slough and bigthunder like this

I was looking at my team history earlier and was motivated into trying to figure out what the oldest records in NBN history are. So, I've combed through all 29 team history pages and have compiled the oldest records for each category. Please note, field goal attempts and turnovers are not being tracked due to system errors that skewed those records (and don't list players on these records).
Individual Team Records:
Points Scored:
2002 Kobe Bryant, Hawks (62 points) and Glenn Robinson, Spurs (63 points)
Technically, Robinson holds this record as he scored his 63 points on Day 52, which was earlier than Bryant scored his 62. However, since there are ties in other categories, and I can't go into the boxscores, I'm crediting them both with the record.
Field Goals Made:
2002 Kobe Bryant, Hawks (24 FGM) and Rasheed Wallace, Bucks (22 FGM)
I believe this was the same game as the points scored for Kobe.
Free Throw Attempts:
2000 David Robinson, Jazz (26 FTA)
For a while in my research, Carlos Boozer's 25 for 25 game in 2002 was standing the test of time as the oldest FT records, until this game came along.
Free Throws Made:
2001 Karl Malone, Supersonics (27 FTM)
An insane total of free throws in a game. This is still the league record for FT made in a game as well. This is probably one of the most unbreakable records in NBN history given the length of time this has been the record. However, I don't think it is THE most unbreakable record (see below).
Three Point Attempts:
2002 Kobe Bryant, Hawks (19 3PA)
See above for Points Scored and Field Goals Made.
Three Point Makes:
2002 Kobe Bryant, Hawks (12 3PM) and Nick Van Exel, Suns (9 3PM)
See a pattern here? It was the most dominant game in Hawks history, 42 seasons ago.
Steals:
2000 Doug Christie, Raptors (13 steals)
THIS is the most unbreakable record in NBN. Christie's 13 steal game has not been surpassed in the 43 full seasons of the NBN, and I'm not sure that it ever will. I'm sure we've had players with 100 ratings in steals before, but the 13 steal game has yet to be passed.
Assists:
2000 Stephon Marbury, Mavericks (26 assists)
This record may be here for a long while. There have been very few point guards to come around in Dallas who have even been moderately good passers. And Marbury was one of the best in league history to play the game.
Rebounds:
2000 Arvydas Sabonis, Mavericks (30 rebounds) and Dikembe Mutombo, Warriors (30 rebounds)
Technically Sabonis got there first and holds this record, but again, without being able to go into the boxscores for the other stats to verify it, both players are getting credit for the record.
Blocks:
2002 Marcus Camby, Knicks (12 blocks) and Jake Tsakalidis, Lakers (10 blocks) and Tim Duncan, Sonics (12 blocks)
Three early shot block records that have yet to be matched. It is hard to get double digit blocks in a game (it only happens a handful of times a season at best), so it isn't surprising to see three teams that have yet to see their records fall since the early days of the league.
So there you have it. The early years set the pace for a lot of teams that have yet to be matched in the record books. When you have records that date back 40 seasons, it either says those were special players, or you've had a lot of teams that have sucked and haven't been able to match this pace. Or in some cases both.
