Jazz get: LBJr, Davis Lakers get: Sonics 29 1st(#1), Cavs 29 1st, Lakers 29 1st, Nuggets 30 1st I agree. This gets me the superstar player I was looking for. LBJr should fit my lineup well. Davis will mentor Bona and Jones. This should set me up nicely for the present and future. Rog good talks and good luck. |

I had a feeling Charles wasn't going to go that route especially when he didn't have players set up and I think even if Charles wanted to keep his pick me and rog would of figured something out. In the end it worked out better for me because I was able to keep 10 and flip it to get myself an actual PG. |

I had a feeling Charles wasn't going to go that route especially when he didn't have players set up and I think even if Charles wanted to keep his pick me and rog would of figured something out. In the end it worked out better for me because I was able to keep 10 and flip it to get myself an actual PG. Yeah doing 1 for Bron likely wasn’t going to happen as it wasn’t enough and I only had my other picks or Carrier... so if I traded Carrier to protect myself from the potential fail next year where I might flop FA and end up in the lottery again then I would have had like 60M left to fill out my other 11 contracts / 4 starters. Seemed kind of rough lol. Could I really build a contender with that? Not sure, it seems doubtful. Especially with how contracts get flung in FA. If I had been acquiring young talent for like 2-3 years before Bron hit the market then I could have at least put something good together and had the resemblance of a team left around him. |
