Essentially swapped Jarrett Allen for Wiseman but Allen was on a much better contract

Like Wiseman, but think this is a pretty bad idea for the Pacers. They don't(and won't) have a perimeter star and thats crucial in this league. Now hes 3 years w/o a first, and starting a lineup of Pippen/Springer/Rudy/Duke/Wiseman that prolly wins 40 games this year and screws me over, but not really putting forth your franchise in the best position.

Sounds like they could use Cole.

Essentially swapped Jarrett Allen for Wiseman but Allen was on a much better contract And better! Idk about better. Wiseman needs to prove last year wasn’t a fluke but he’s the same rebounds and just a few less blocks. Wiseman has considerable better FG%

It's usually a bad idea for mediocre teams to send multiple future 1sts, no matter who they are getting back. Hopefully Pacers can make it work and doesn't have to learn the hard way.

I love how aggressive the Pacers are though, love to see teams try to win(though sucks I have his pick), hopefully he can make it work. Just don't see it right now.

Personally would have ate the year and gone into a more full founded rebuild next year. This sets the course of the franchise for next three years, and IMO didn't get them to contendership. Like I told you when you were talking Wiseman though, its always super fun to see a team go about something a different way and see if it would work. Load up the front court and try to bully teams Pacers!

I’m going for it I know it’s a risk and I’m not bailing on this team if it doesn’t work I’m in this for the long haul
