2032 NBN Draft
Special Cases Explanation: These are special case players that were in the final drafts of NBN that are NBA legends that would never see the NBN if we just continued from where we were. So I’m taking especially memorable players from the past 2 years and starting them off with 1% chance of declaration. That means when I generate their number they will declare only if the number is 1. Each year their odds will double(1% first year, 2% second year, 4% third year, 8% fourth year and so on). I will add two each year, the list of names that will be added this way are these: Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Walt Frazier, Lou Hudson, David Bing, Earl Monroe, Rick Barry, Wes Unseld)
