While his career was short, the accomplishments were nothing but tremendous from Damion Baugh's 787 games between the Nuggets, Jazz, and Heat. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- In a league where a dominant SG is extremely important towards winning a Championship, Baugh's entire career was essentially just that. Even at age 33, Baugh managed to average 21.6 with a ridiculous amount of talent around him. Five All-League teams in 10 seasons with 3 rings along the way is pretty freaking good.
- Over his career, he never really showed to have any flaws at all. Not only was he an elite scorer from year 2 and on, he shot 47% for his career, grabbed 5 boards per game, had over a 2:1 APG:TOPG ratio, and had more stocks than turnovers regularly throughout his career even with the terrific volume he had offensively. This is a guy who did everything well for the entirety of his career.
- Baugh was one of the main catalysts of the recent Heat dynasty, making a tremendous duo with Ousmane Dieng offensively en route to three titles. Even with a shortened career, Baugh was always a contender as one of the best shooting guards in the league and even in the final years of his career, he was still super productive and a very quality asset.
Arguments Against Induction
- A very short career may work against him in some cases. Regardless of the success, Baugh's career ended two or three years earlier than expected while he was still firmly productive and talented.
- Had Baugh never won a title, would he be a Hall of Famer? That's not for me to answer, but the achievements are pretty light and, comparably, guys like Lauri Markkanen who also have multiple All-League team appearances have not had any success in voting thus far.
- Did we ever really see the fullest potential of Damion Baugh's career? While he had a few extremely dominant years, Baugh hovered around 1400-1500 shots quite a few times and averaged 19 shots/game over his career, whereas other high end shooting guard options end up shooting closer to 22+ shots per game. While there are a few outlier years in there, could we have seen Baugh be even better?
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $100 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $100***
