Yes, had a great career. Last 2-3 seasons actually brought his numbers down a bit so without that he would look even better.

Easy yes. MVP, multiple all-stars and all-league teams. Those Nuggets teams should of won a title and that is all he is missing from his great resume.

Absolutely yes.
Though he never got a ring, he's got awards on awards to make up for it. Tons of All-League nominations, including being a 3x All-League First Team selection, which shows off his legitimate standing as one of the best few point guards in the league for a sustained period of time.
Incredible stats, former MVP, 37 triple-doubles from the a 6'1 point guard.... plus I stand with my Sooners. Yes vote all the way.
