Quietly, Caleb Love put together a fantastic career, ending up as a high-end scorer on terrific percentages who did all he could to help a team in any role possible. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- For most of Love's career, he found himself off the point guard position which is an unfortunate reality considering he never had a chance to get any awards. The positive side of this? The dude could SCORE. When Love was utilized as a volume-heavy scorer, he scored to the tune of 22, 24, 27 points per game, with nine seasons over 20 PPG.
- Love was also a terrific all-around player for a long point of his career. While he was a career 46% shooter who knocked down shots in his sleep, he produced pretty quality rebound numbers and even managed to get 2+ stocks a few times throughout his career, which is pretty big for a guy who was known less for defense and more for offense.
- He's the model of consistency and one of the best role players we've seen in this league in a while, in my opinion. You knew when you had Caleb Love that you were going to get productivity offensively, and even as a super-sub in which he found himself in that role a lot, Love produced big time numbers and helped a lot of teams out.
Arguments Against Induction
- The statistics are good, but are similar to other guys like Cade Cunningham who is going to have a very tough time getting in himself. Love's case ends up setting more of a baseline for future cases and he finds himself as a "Hall of Very Good" level player in this reality. While the Hall of Fame needs cases to set a precedent on the long-term with all the big retirees soon to get their own cases, and Love was a player who had the ability and potential to be this good, his argument is overall weak.
- His career was quite good for large portions, but he was held back by a lack of a starting role for 15 seasons. I truly believe that if he had been given a volume-heavy role on a contending team for more of his career, he may have ended up being one of the strongst offensive players we've seen in this league. However, his career falls a litle short.
- No awards due to, again, being thrust into different roles and honestly, not really being able to compete with the Killian Hayes and Willie Steveniers' of the world. He was always a very good "tier or two below" option but never a "top tier, must have" kind of guy. His case is interesting because you can speculate, but if you're voting on what he did, it looks bleak.
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $100 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $100***
