Six All-Defensive teams and a couple All-Star Games later, Keyonte George ended up having a terrific career, spending 3+ seasons on four separate teams to prove just how good he ended up being throughout his career.. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- Now, George's ability to defend throughout the majority of the league is incredibly impressive. 2.5, 2.9, 2.9, 3.2, 3.0, 3.1, 3.0, 3.0, 3.1, 2.7, 2.6 stocks over 11 seasons with multiple teams... he produced everywhere he went in whatever role was needed, which is a big reason his career lasted so long.
- On top of being a productive defender, George's offense was nothing to laugh at. Double-digit 18+ PPG seasons for George with 11 separate years and even while he may not have been able to stick around with one specific team for a long time, George was a well-respected player on quality teams for a large part of his career.
- The chances are you weren't going to be wow'ed by his production but you should be quite impressed at his consistency. He wasn't going to be a sub .440 shooter and he wouldn't go anywhere over .470 outside of one season near the end of his career, but the consistently good play on both ends of the court is deserving of respect.
Arguments Against Induction
- This one is a tough one given the lack of NBN Championships + Player of the Week, Player of the Month's and it's hard to figure out if Keyonte was really special enough defensively to give him a case in the Hall of Fame vote.
- Compared to a guy like R.J. Hampton, where does he win and where does he lose? Hampton had 4 All-League's, 4 All-D's, and 8 All-Star appearances with 21.5/5.9/3.6/2.4 career averages compared to George who didn't have All-League's but had 6 All-D and 2 All-Star appearances on 18.4/5.4/2.1/2.5... it's going to be interesting to see if there's any common ground on voting there because his case is similar to Hampton's, playing with a lot of teams and doing the whole "12 years of 18+ PPG and 2+ stocks with multiple 21+ PPG seasons" thing with a couple bench years in his last seasons.
- Can George survive the "overshadowing" of other SG's across the league in his time? Never one All-League team getting in the Hall of Fame? An interesting debate.
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $100 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $100***
