Very close but ended up no due to the turnovers. Awards almost get it done though.

Given that his overall fg% gets weighed down by his 3pa, and that he seemed to be a very good player for a long while, I'm going to go yes. I agree that the turnovers are a bit problematic, but I ultimately think the positives outweigh the negatives. The shooting was nice. Pretty decent defensively.

He had some crazy single game peaks where he masqueraded as an all-time guy, but he always was shadowed by the bigs of his generation. no for me

I am stuck between yes and no. Went with no because of turnovers.
Ayton got a yes because he is the league career leader in double doubles and that put it over for me. For giannis I just don't get the same feeling.

For giannis I just don't get the same feeling. This is it for me too, I liked Giannis as a player but Ayton is borderline but has an all-time stat where Giannis doesn't AND had a critical flaw. |
