Great use of cap space by Rog I was going to say new gm, but yeah that works Fwiw he basically offered this deal to me, I asked for a different contract and the Wolves first instead because part of the initial offer was flipping the contracts offered. If this deal is viewed poorly y'all can veto it and I won't throw a bitch fit, unlike... Well you. I don't think the value is bad. 3 years of Ainge and his production feels pretty fair to get 2 specs and 2 prospects, none of which IMO project to be stars or high level picks. I like Black a good bit, as was made obvious in the draft thread but I don't think the most likely scenario is him being as good as Ainge. But again, if league views it differently then that's fine. |

I don't think it's a bad deal at all. Ainge is a star and if that wolves pick don't hit I feel he did just fine. I offered him buck/Hawkins and didn't ask for any prospects back. Guess he liked ainge better. |
