Yes, he was consistently top 5 in the position throughout his career and had some big highlight years, including an All League first team.
I felt like at their peak, he was the 3rd best SF at a time where the top of the position was really strong. Dieng & King were a tier of their own, but Davis's defense made him a solid #3 over Dantley, Maxwell, etc imo
