Versatile and productive, two great adjectives for Alvan Adams' career of 15 years straight averaging a double-double. Will this be enough for him to get into the NBN Hall of Fame?

Arguments For Induction
- As mentioned previously, Adams was a reliable double-digits points/rebounds producer for the entirety of his career. In certain years, he looked as if he was one of the best bigs in the league and depending upon how he was used, he may have been one of the best bigs in the league for chunks of time.
- 3x All-League, 4x All-Star should help the cause a little bit, along with a wicked 793 double doubles over a very long and productive career. Tons of rebounds, sometimes up to 13.5-14 a game, and he maxed out in the high teens/20 or so points per game, which is pretty solid especially from a big who was likely never option #1.
- Adams picked a good time to go out as the decline was starting a little bit, as was a decline in play time arriving in Minnesota. Feels like you got the best out of his career including an All-League First team the year before he retired, which may end up being a saving grace in this voting.
Arguments Against Induction
- No ring, and frankly, a lot of his career was spent in the dumps or at least on non-contending teams. No offense to the owners who had him for portions of his career, but it is what it is in terms of Adams' chances at a title for the majority of his years.
- Was he a SPECIAL player? He did a good amount of stocks, grabbed a lot of boards, scored a healthy amount to say the least, but was what he did over his career worth a Hall of Fame yes vote?
- Do we consider his awards/achievements to be light for what you'd expect? He clearly had a pretty good career without much to stress over and I don't think that's even close to arguable, but is it Hall of Fame worthy? That's for you to decide!
Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $100 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $100***
