I will randomize the draft order as early as tomorrow.
Once the draft order is revealed the rosters are finalized. Before the draft order is revealed all ratings are subject to change.
All GMs are responsible for the luxury tax obligations for the team they select.
Each GM will get to choose any available team including the Pelicans.
Pelicans players are currently on FA but will be added to a roster with their real salaries once the team draft is over.
Every team will get a full amnesty on any one player on their roster. This must be PMed to me within 24 hours of taking the team.
Warriors and Clippers are currently over the hard cap and must use the available amnesty to get under the hard cap of 200 million.
GMs may claim $1000 for drafting a team within 2 hours of being on the clock (or sending a list). $900 within 3 hours, $800 within 4 houts etc. If you do not make a pick within 10 hours you are skipped and the next team will be on the clock. If you do not pick by the end of the team draft you may be replaced as GM.
The clock will not run between 9pm - 8am PST or the first day of the draft. The clock may start as early as 8am Tuesday December 5th.
