I already said I don’t think its fair to charge Hornets for that all I said is the moves that were made werent the BEST. every move ive made with Spurs benefitted them. I cant say the same for your interim job with Wolves. Every deal made them worse. Giddey deal was bad, Edwards deal was ok I guess but then turned horrible when you moved Chet anyway. Every deal slowly made Wolves worse and worse. How you go from Edwards and Giddey to Trey Murphy and Jalen Hood Schifino is beyond me That first part wasn't about you. I said to charge me so silver doesn't have to chime in about it again. Just end that part of the discussion. I'll stop arguing the whole thing. I don't know how long the only trade committee thing went but looks like everyone's had enough of it. I think I've done a solid job. It looks like everyone else disagrees, but whatever. I think zheld is the only one who can complain about it so lets forget it and move on.

I mean if i get a bank reset when i join then i was already in the negative we just didnt know it cuz scouting hadnt been calculated so lets just chalk it up to that and reset it by minusing the scouting. Then no one gets fucked…

No. Interim GMs should be charged directly for their scouting if they choose to scout players on an interim team. Well not exactly. I dont think thats fair. Silent has been wolves and suns interim and has been using their cash to scout. I mean its his fault those 2 got nothing to show for but he shouldnt pay with his hornets cash thats weird. unlike Suns and Wolves, I have actually made Spurs better. I had 5 picks i scouted only 3 but they had 12,000 in the bank… I scouted for them, I super camped for them. I mentored Booker with Sabonis, super camped arenas and nate robinson… without that cash from them I wouldnt be able to do anything. Im negative with Knicks and still have 2 people i need to camp. I agree that if the previous gm used scouts and ur negative as a new GM yes your account bank should go to 0 but I do not agree that main gm should use his own cash to scout for another team. Scouts for an interim team should 100% IMO be charged to the GMs original team. They're getting the scouts which can then be also used(in draft or trades) for their personal team. We have made it incredibly easy to draft without scouting with the potential being equal to scouted and my articles which I slacked on this past year. You don't need scouts to make draft picks as an interim

You don't need scouts to make draft picks as an interim Well this is something that should be brought up as a rule now because I had no idea. Im sure gms in the past including silent didnt know either. I cant really say I contributed much to this as I just took Spurs and have only spent $600 of their cash on scouts since becoming interim but I feel from here on out we just move on with what we have now and going forward I will charge the main team for interim scouting. For Spurs instead ill just not give them their free interim camp for fairness. I think we can safely move on now and not have anymore issues going further.

Like I said, let's just leave it alone. I don't want any more arguing based on stuff that I've done.

I'm starting to think we should do away with them entirely. It's already more of a problem than I want to deal with. Maybe just make it stencil level simple where you can do like 3-4 things. Set DC’s, sign FAs, camp players. Camping is tough if there is no income though, which makes it sad for new GMs to acquire a stud prospect 3 years in with no camps lol Does the game auto any of these tasks effectively? Teams with interim GMs get free camps every season, so they are already given enough resources to fully camp one player without doing anything extra like pickems or trading for cash. I also understand that interim GMs make moves to acquire cash, and I don't really have a problem with some of that cash going to scouting but also like rog said it's extra information that you can still use in other ways and there isn't really a need for scouting so I think it's fair to not expect scouting from interim GMs but also expect them to pay for any scouting they did do.
