1. Unfortunately, Carrington had a bad TC after what looked like a really promising rookie year. Do you think he can still be saved with camps and future TCs?
Sure he can as a starter but i doubt he'll become a star like many other young pg in the league are. We all know how important that is. Very disappointing Tc for sure for us. 2. Dame Sarr was your pick in this draft. What does he bring to the table and what do you think his ceiling is?I hope he will be a glue guy who will do a bit of everything. I want him to score 15+p, grab 7+ rebs gets a stock or 2 and play good D 3. Shaedon Sharpe was passed around a couples times right when the league started back, but has turned into a really quality player. With the lack of legit SGs around the league, where would you rank him and why?
I think he is top 5. Would have liked a bump from him aswell this Tc but i hoping he will make ASG a'd.all league 3rd so he would be mentoreligeble for Bufkin next season. 4. Tanking is never fun, but especially when players aren’t progressing as you had hoped. What is your goal for this upcoming season and the next?It turns out im a sore looser. For now i am just gonna take a step back from the league. Just put in Dc and pickem. With some teams bottoming out and the lottoluck we had we'll probably get another 5-10 pick to draft another mediocre player. While some gm who dont log in or do shit will be handed another star 5. As we progress through this season, what player position will you be eyeing in this upcoming draft with your 2 1sts?
I will always try and draft best player avaiable. 6. 2 seasons into the new league, what’s your thoughts on NBN being back? What’s the one thing that you missed the most while we were in our hiatus? What’s one thing you hope to see as we move forward?
What i missed most are some of the longterm gm's i talk trade with or when lotto comes talk about draft. Really like the core of them in this league. The thing i hope to see is that there comes more parity in the league and fast. Some gms got lucky in the team lottery and started out with real cornerstones and true stars. Others with lottoluck drafted a true stud. With Black, Carrington, Sharpe and Sarr I should have atleast be somewhere but the gap is really big with those teams atm. 7. Give me your thoughts on the contracts that we currently have throughout the league? In your opinion, is cap space as important as it used to be with the contracts that are being thrown around?
No it isn't i always liked the previous situation more. I hate 50M contracts. But that is on me. I would only throw that amount of cash at the real studs. 8. With the lack of inflation currently throughout the league, what is one position that you think is the most valuable to build your team around and why?
The inflation is definitely there with FBB. Especially pg are exploding again. Just need to be lucky yours get picked to boom. But i also see some bigs with great grades. Like i said only the difference gets bigger between the inflated players are the many more "busts" 9. Whether or not you have had any draft picks yet, what’s your thoughts on the 2 drafts we have had? Along the same lines, would you like to see more notes going forward?
It has been a crapshoot. SARR and Flagg look insane. Collier exploded. Wagner looks great scorer awfull defender, Buzelis did nothing, Maluach could be special. Everything else looks mediocre to me. Little difference between pick 4 or maybe 20. just look at Mara or some of these later drafted pg from this draft. 10. What’s your honest opinion on interim GMs? Do you think it’s a downfall of the league or leagues can continue with a handful of GMs overseeing 2 teams?Im not getting into that. Only gonna say i think an interim should do nothinh more then keem draftpicks, camp them and retain own players in Fa. Not be a gms 2 nd team to trade with and splash big parts of their salary. Just my personal opinion vanimmer

Pick 4 in the 2025 draft: Dink Pate. SG 6'7'' 185 19 B- C+ C+ B- C- A
Pick 20 in the 2025 draft: Egor Demin PG 6'7'' 200 19 C+ C B+ C C B
Pick 4 in the 2024 draft: Ron Holland SF 6'8'' 200 19 B- C+ C C+ C A
Pick 20 in the 2024 draft: Thierry Darlan SG 6'6'' 190 21 C+ C C+ C+ C A
Make what you said make sense. I know I took the extremes of what you said, but pick 4 and 20 are not a little difference, there is a huge difference between these players. All the dudes besides Wagner you mentioned were teenagers for their first TC so their potential was either juiced or FBB decided to go nuts as we all know happens. Wagner was given great offensive ratings, was only 20, and had the 7th highest potential in the class. Of course hes ended up looking like a great offensive player with no defense. I think we've seen an adjustment period for drafting with how things look right now and there have been some mistakes that allowed guys to go lower than they prolly should have. Either way, I have not agreed at all with the narratives that "everything looks average" and have worked really hard to make the middle of the draft be varried and have interesting guys that should turn out to be role players that at times FBB is going to take further.

I think you've done well. I know this now includes a diamond in the rough, but Carlyle shouldn't have dropped to 51 or whatever it was. 533 Kanaan Carlyle. SG 21 6'3'' 185 C+ B- B B- C- B Sometimes it's just luck of the draw. It's a game. If games were to end up going 100%, the way they should, no one would play.

Less a thing on getting it right or wrong and more just a discussion on the draft. Lots of discourse on these two drafts and it's funny to me that several have liked the drafts and how different the drafts were/variety of types of players and then seen a couple people complain about the quality and same feelingness of the players(which mind you is an FBB issue). I do like the discourse. Does help me overall

Lemme guess the player that afe happy are the contenders who have lamelo, Maxey, luka, jokic, Brunson .... and those that don't are the actual gm picking between 4 and 10 Just look at all those draftees apart from the lucky Dash every single other one is strugling. Celtics dont log in, Mc threw everything over board and for me this sim Carrington shot .387 fg and.188 from downtown not even mentioning the turnovers. Sarr 9p 5.3rebs on .361 fg .091 3% sure only 4 games but it confirms preseason. Not even talking about 19y old Black and his 90+ pot i traded Murray for. Supercamped in their 1 st seasons btw. Anyway with some of these studs on the starting file still only beiing 23-24-25 y old there is no way for the next decade we will be of any importance in the league
im trying not to be negative anymore so this will be my last post about this

Well at least to this point, studs from the init draft and top end prospects are wayyyyy more valuable compared to the average player. I don't disagree with that being the flow of the league. I think my personal issues with it are : me not being as active (work/personal life), new contract structure, new cap, new camping , players from init draft contracts, new player ability levels. Once the init file players are off their OG contracts and i get a feel for the real value of players, things should be "healthy". Tanking will most likely be favorable in this iteration vs previous

FBB always decides what it wants to do. You picked Carrington, Sarr, and traded for Black knowing they were decently raw, high potential players. Those guys are notoriously tough to determine how they will turn out because again FBB does what it wants. There are a ton of young players from these two classes that have turned out and are playing well. My current desire is to create four classes of players for the drafts: 1) Top picks that combine potential and developed(A. Sarr, Topic, Holland, Flagg, Matas, Malauch). These so far have mixed success, as most top 3 picks from their rookie and sophomore years would be. Sarr/Flagg look like superstars, Holland, Matas, Malauch need some more development to see and Topic looks like a bust. 2) High upside guys with major flaws. Carrington, Bronny, D. Sarr, ect all fit this mold. Those guys will always take two TCs to truly see the benefit of their potential and are high risk picks. Im sorry you've gotten burned but that's not because the class was made bad it's because you took those guys knowing they were raw/high upside and TC has yet to be kind. I tend to think Sarr turns out, fwiw. 3) Developed players with C, B, or even low A potential who can contribute immediately and need to be developed through camps and you hope to get 1 maybe 2 decent TCs out of but likely are close to finish products. 4) Unique players to pair with notes. I feel, so far I've created a varied, diverse set of players. You should see all star players 1-10 and you should see guys bust out in the later parts of the draft. We're seeing that. Currently feels healthy. I feel for you and get why you are unhappy with the drafts because FBB has done you wrong but that has quite always been the case.

So what you are saying is that Carrington and Sarr werent the best picks after the top3-4 and that i took a risk going for high potential? There was nothing better. I dont mind the occasional bust for a toppick but when it happens a few time in a row i dunno. I haven't seen this happen alot before in previous version of NBN, neither in other leagues im in. When you draft top 5 you should have atleast have a good chance at a difference maker

Damn man lol. I think it's just going to be harder to rebuild slowly here at the start, but I think that it makes it kind of interesting and different which can be fun. It's not like the past iterations where everyone tanks for a lottery pick and drafts the next superstar. Some guys might never turn out as more then just rotation players, which is fine. Hell, I've really liked all three of my picks so far and look at them. Lmao. 550 Derrion Reid PF 4 31.5 13.0 8.8 0.0 0.3 0.3 1.5 .333 .786 .500 609 Justin Edwards SF 4 32.8 8.3 6.0 1.8 1.8 0.3 3.8 .311 1.000 .273 551 Tahaad Pettiford PG 4 32.8 8.3 3.8 6.8 1.3 0.3 4.3 .292 .500 .375
