This won't be allowed. Can't trade back a player after just getting them in a trade.

1. This isnt the specific rule. None of these players are “valuable” 2. I even purposely asked A. Silver approval before posting this and he said sure

I don't understand. If bey wasn't supposed to be in the trade, why didn't clippers just sign another FA and keep bey, or used the freed slot from the jovic cut to sign a player to make the trade legal?

It would of worked with Jovic but since he cut him unless silver just reverts the cut we couldn't sign anyone to clippers cuz they would lose their 40M capspace.

Doesn't really matter if Silver is allowing it(as I probably would given the nature of the last trade) but this is literally what the rule is for lmfao

Doesn't really matter if Silver is allowing it(as I probably would given the nature of the last trade) but this is literally what the rule is for lmfao Saddiq Bey wasn't supposed to be part of the deal. If Clippers didn't have 15 players and didnt cut Jovic for the deal we would of used him instead. trade checker was wrong and it was my fault for trusting it. Clippers never tended to move Bey and it was my fault that they did and he shouldn't be penalized for it. the rule says a player cannot be moved back and forth for salary reasons but he wasn't ever supposed to be in the deal if I had it right at first, he was a throw in, if I had him in the deal initially and just made the move again then I would understand. Again, Clippers wanted Bey back, I don't care whether it goes through or not but I specifically asked A. Silver about it before ever even posting it. This is Saddiq Bey we are talking about...... If I have to take the $50 fine for this to go through for Clippers sake I will.

The rule is for trading players back and forth to get around matching salaries in a trade, not because people couldn't do math and ended up trading away players they didn't want to because they cut the only guy with the salary to make it work.
