Who is your favorite young prospect and why? If we are talking about my team, it is Caleb Foster. Obviously Cam Boozer looks good, but Foster as a project seems like fun. I think his base was pretty solid but his downside would be scoring the ball. Hopefully some camping can correct that issue. |

Your roster is eventually going to have to get paid down the line, how are you going to manage that situation? I would manage the cap by being smart with my contracts. If I know that I will want to retain young talent, I would not tie my cap up with older players on long term, huge contracts. At the end of the day you can't always pay everyone as well. |

Are you happy with your youth development so far and do you think eventually you’ll start making moves to contend I think the Wizards look like a solid combo of youth and competitive talent. Flagg and Collier looks like a great duo going forward. I would probably have picked them. The Rapsfor Wemby maybe for a second team? I’m not sure I’ll make that move this season, probably in the offseason would be my target if everything goes correctly. |

Was there any reason you chose the Warriors over the other open teams? I picked the Warriors because I saw an opportunity to clean house and make the team my own pretty quickly. I liked the idea of having a young building block in Maluach established already. So far things are going according to plan. |

Do you think the 76ers are going to threepeat this year? If I had to set odds, I would say they are at the top of the list. But I do think they are going to get a run from the Raptors. It will be a tough match up for both. I think I mentioned this in my GM interview so I am on the record already. If they stay healthy I would say they have to be the favorites until someone knocks them out. |
