Doing this based on we all need cash and its not complete (non-adjustments)
1. Mitch Richmond SG: Career 21ppg in real life and gangster at shooting back in the day. Was in my error of players to watch. At B- B B- C+ C- A to start on first glance, he looks like prime top player with those ratings and I think he would be a top scorer in no time.
2. Damon Stoudamire PG: There are a few guys that can land in this response, but with PG always glowing in this Sim Game, its my guy Dame. I also might be bias as one of my favorite player of all time . He is going to have the outside, quickness, and passing to support any team. C+ B- B+ C+ C- A
3. Brandon McCoy Jr. SF: B- C+ B- B C A, his skill set and the fact of position I think he jumps up, even if I don't think he is the BPA at this point, only Roger Mesna III could go here.........I lie, Mr. Irrevallant comes to mind and he will mention Purdy, lol
4. Michael Finley SG: I have always loved Finley from watching up during my more consistent watch of the NBA, so I think he will be great in my heart . B- B- C+ C C A, but it says he is 30 on the link, I assume that is a edit in progress, had 9 years of crazy good basketball for the Mavs, I think going to be great!
5. Paul Osaruyi C: Is a beast shot blocker, with a great inside game, mostly made around the rim. He needs to improve on his post game to move up, but he likely is one of the most athletic players in the draft.
6. Eddie Jones SG: He had a crazy year, starter, averaged 18 ppg for nearly a decade, played for multiple teams, and was part of the Kobe trade. I always liked Eddie, I think in this now league he would be even better with offense. No offense but the late 80's and 90's it was more defense, so when somebody scores 18ppg a game, they can go 25ppg in now league.
7. Brandon McCoy Jr. PG: B- C+ B- B C A, solid ratings and is a big PG. I could see him even moving up in the top 5 after seeing his ratings. He is the #1 overall recruit for the 2026 class at the moment with a ton of big school offers across the country. Was averaging 18ppg, 8rpg, 2.4spg, and 1.5bpg. It is concerning that he was only averaging 2.4apg, so I imagine the handles aren't going to be high in passing.
8. Oscar Schmidt*** SF: 19 B- B- C C+ C A, Oscar was a legend in the previous NBN, so I expect he will be pretty damn good. He has three years overseas, and only 19, so I expect his potential is quite good. He already had solid ratings and SF is always a position of need. I think if someone has the patience and fully camp him he should be a walking 24ppg, 7rpg, 2spg, with good percentages.
9. Yuki Togashi PG: 22 C+ C+ B+ C+ D B, Yuki looks like an interesting player despite his size in the game, but those starting ratings are pretty appetizing, not to mention he has draft notes that look to be very solid of adding potentially +6 to his team through out each season. I could see him grow into an 18ppg, 10.5apg, 2spg player on solid percentages.
10. Jayson Williams PF: 21 C D+ D B- B+ B, Jayson is the best reboundr in the draft, and even though he has B potential, I think he will turn out at minimum to be a solid front court player where he can get to being on the league leader list in rebounds. He will probably kill the competition, pun intended. He didn't have a long career, and really didn't get a ton of minutes until he was 27, but then averaged double digit rebounds for four straight years. He isn't a big block guy, but should pose solid Post D.
11. Larin Profit SF: 20 C+ C+ B- B- C A, Larin starts with solid ratings and is only 20. His skill set will really come down to his scoring at an important position. He had an extremely short NBA career and didn't average more than 4ppg, so really will come down to how a GM can camp and mold him. He was an Honorable Mention All-American for the University of Maryland, where he did put up solid numbers. If his potential is solid, I could seem him being a 15ppg, 7rpg, 1spg, 1bpg, with better FG% than 3pt%
12. Shawn Bradley C: 20 C C- D B B- A, Bradley should at minimum with his size be good in blocks, post D, and add solid rebounds. I wouldn't expect him to ever really get above 10ppg in a season, but you never know with just inside and size alone. For his career he averaged 2.5bpg, and I think he will average more rpg in NBN then he did in real life. I can see a 8ppg, 11rpg, 3bpg statline from him. Its sad that he is paralyzed after being hit from a car while riding his bike. People just don't pay attention.
13. Doug Christie SG: 21 C+ C+ C+ B C B, Christie was a legend at being one of the better defenders in the NBA when they actually played defense. He wasn't a big scorer, but was tenacious with the steals and defense. He wasn't bad as was a career 11ppg scorer over 17 seasons. I personally liked it when he was a member with Camby and Stoudamire in Toronto, was a fun team to watch in the mid 90's.
