Every off season I will examine the class of retiring. By my judgement I will determine who has a legitimate case for the Hall of Fame. I will also do some fringe candidates depending on the year's strength.
Each GM will be given autonomy to decide what their criteria is for Hall of Fame. Please consider the following in each case however:
- Stats, is a player statistically dominant?
- Achievements, did a player set himself apart by winning awards?
- Titles, was a player part of a winning culture or was he possibly a cancer?
- Rankings, was a player consistently among the top 3-5 of his position?
- Longevity v Peak, was a player consistently good and/or was his peak worthy of greatness?
Other things like durability, length of time with a team, and "popularity" as gets thrown around with real life Hall of Fame, as well as other categories can be considered, but again its your vote, you use it how you see fit.
Rules For Voting/Nomination/Enshrinement
1) Each GM will receive $100 for voting, must post in the thread of the poll.
2) I will also award a best case for the GM proving the best case, this will be worth an extra $25. Best case does not mean longest answer.
3) Each off season will receive no less than 4 nominees and no more than 8. The first off season will have a bunch, but that is just to catch up and will stretch into the season as we work to catch up as I find the time for the write ups.
4) For enshrinement into the Hall of Fame a player must hit a high watermark of 70% in his polling. This maintains that the best of the best are in the Hall of Fame, and not watering it down into the "Hall of Good".
5) Additionally a player must receive 50% of the vote to remain eligible for revote in the future. This means his case was viable but did not quite hit the high standards. On second voting, please consider this is that players 2nd time and vote accordingly. There is no time limit for when a player can be revote on, I will just repost a case with some new thoughts of my own.
6) All cash is claimed yourself.
Enjoy

Vote carefully, and remember to throw out arguments regardless of which side you're on. This should be a discussion that eventually gets the league to the proper decision on him. Your vote can also be retracted after it's been cast if you feel like switching to the other side based on the arguments that have been made. To be inducted, a player needs 70% and to be considered in a later class they need 50%. Vote carefully.
***BONUS - Don't forget that everyone who votes gets $25 and the person that makes the best argument or contributes to the discussion the best will be awarded an extra $25***
