Yes to the 7 foot, 3-point shooting German. Dirk is one of a kind, and his accomplishments and stats prove he could score the piss out of the ball with great percentages. It's a good thing he won that title with the Grizz, because without that, it could have been debated he should not have been. Cheers to retirement and a life full of boozing Herr Nowitzki

Dirk gets a yes vote as well. He was one of the first players to prove that a Stretch 4 next to a post up center was a worthy strategy to win titles. An elite scorer and rebounder, he gets an easy yes vote.

Im biased, but this is a definite yes from me. I had Dirk for a 3-4 year stretch, and he was consistently my best player. NO brainer yes from me

Yes, but not as easily as everyone else is saying. He was a great scorer but lacking on defense and a poor rebounder for a HOF level big man. It seemed like he was only a winner when he was on a stacked Griz team and couldn't lead a team as the number one guy.

It's a yes for me. He might not of been a 2 way star but he was a complete threat on offense. We have not had a big like him in the league yet who was so efficient from the field and from 3. He also wasn't a terrible defender and was a better rebounder as he got older. Him being over 10 a game shows that especially when he did play next to rebound hog in Webber. I am just waiting for player page to choose what team to vote for. Claim the extra $25 for best contribution. Dirk has been inducted into the NBN Hall of Fame for the Grizzlies. afro please remember to claim $100 for his induction has a Grizzlie(y?) |
