Don't recall him being well known as a great defender, so I'm going no with a SG who shot 32% from 3 and not even over 80% from the FT line once in his career while only sniffing the ASG once. If it wasn't for the 3 ships he wouldn't even be a candidate; also to note those Celtics championship roster's included the best PG of all time (CP3) and the GOAT (Childress). Due to NBN only being 19 seasons in, anyone who started throughout their career and finished with 3 rings you would think would/should get in. Again, I go no due to the team around him within those championship runs.

Hey, yellowjacket2 can you get these 3 soon? I want to move these but I don't want them to get lost in the shuffle and get missed. Scott Pollard doesn't need a grade, I didn't write much if anything more, so don't expect anything there, just the 3 actual articles. |

As much as i wanna vote yes based on championships, here is why i say no - As others stated, accolades are not there.Shows that other SGs were producing at a higher rate than he. - If memory serves correct, the championship teams he was on was full of studs when zheld was managing that team. Chris Paul and Hibby come to mind, so its not like without him those champioinships wouldnt be there, they very well still could be. No for me Claim the extra $25 for best contribution. Thought the vote would be closer, but no induction, no chance for revote. |
