Sure, in hindsight it looks bad(since Calderon left in FA) but if you factor in the picks or other wheeling & dealing done & what the actual trade package was for Amare it's not nearly as awful. I admit I still thoroughly lose that trade & this was where we got really bad really fast...but the trade itself should have no bearing on the HOF vote either since it has absolutely nothing to do with what his numbers were for each team he played for in his career. Now I think you were just posting the trade to show it for reference & not actually taking a shot at me...because your team wasn't getting votes drummed up compared to myself or the Jazz. Either way I've got no problem with the ribbing or whatever your intention was with the post.

Just in a real life situation, it seems absurd that a team that traded away a future hall of famer for a bunch of assets that didn't pan out but the guy still enters the hall of fame as a member of that team. I'm trying to think of a real-life situation of the top of my head, kind of like James Harden going to the hall of fame as a member of the Thunder lol

Stat padding on shitty team vs. playing at an all-star level on championship team and perennial contender? The bucks were a contender then...Amare was playing with Richard Jefferson, Rasheed Wallace, Chauncey Billups, Jay Williams, Shawn Marion, Mike Bibby, and maybe even Gilbert Arenas...not all at the same time, but in Milwaukee he always had talent around him and was on playoff teams that were really solid. I dont really agree with him being a "shitty team" at all For the Bulls, im not sure that was before i started here in the NBN and Im too lazy to look
