Watch someone do something like this, try to win Y1, suck, them quit. Then we have a team lacking multiple firsts.

I don't love this since it's a new GM but I don't think the value is horrible. You get 2 1st round picks, kept his 2nd round pick so that's 3 top 60 dudes where some teams are getting 1 top 50ish guy so I don't think it's that has.
