Pistons send: Giannis Antetokoumpo Trailblazers send: Terry Rozier Collin Sexton Drew Eubanks Clarkson Broom 2028 Trailblazers 1st 2029 Trailblazers 1st $500 With adding JHS I felt all we needed is a big to take this roster to the next level. Giannis should be great to add to this young core and make the blazers a playoff team. Good dealing cop5414

Interim gm trading future picks and cash still feels wrong to me.

I think there’s a fine line to it.
In this instance the Blazers could be a good team and with so many tanking teams it’s nice to have more teams competing. It’s only 1 year out pick and his core is locked up for the next few years

This is wrong
Picks should not be dealt from teams with no GMs

We are to put the team in the best position it could be in.
The team would probably sneak into the playoffs and their pick is what #15.
Why not make the team even better and add a legit talent to a talented team. Don't see why its so wrong. Maybe it's a little much but do you think this is a bad deal? That's really what it comes down to. Does it make this team more desirable or not?

I don't think that it is a bad deal , not a great deal either. If incoming perspective GM was coming in to take over a team...having the teams picks is more of a huge selling point more so then acquiring an aging vet that makes the team competitive to a certain extent.

He might be older but he also comes as a mentor with +5 potential that can be added. Yang will get mentored and if Sarr/JHS/Bufkin/Scoot continue to improve the team could be really good.

You asked what is more attractive as an incoming GM...just my 2 cents...definitely having all of your picks..so that you can take and build the team as you like. That's why I don't think Teams without a GM should be allowed to move any picks that the team has.

Also moved some very unwanted contracts. Feel Giannis has more value than a mediocre couple of 1sts and a camp worth of cash. That's just my take on it. But if the league doesn't want picks to be moved then that will be the case.

I think that you have done a nice job with the team. Just don't see how moving picks benefits incoming perspective new GMs..that is my point..that's all.

Team has plenty of young talent and he added JHS so I don’t hate this move. Hate his 3rd year 52 mill but shouldn’t hurt them. Idk team was probably looking at high teens first which with the young talent he has isn’t worth much. Might as well see what the young guys can do in the playoffs
