Except the combine is available to all 30 teams Except every box score is available to every team. Why hide team rosters & awards behind a pay wall though? If we're trying to simulate an NBA draft, every GM has access to college stats & awards. Pre-draft stats are the closest NBN equivalent. Hiding yearly stats benefits GMs with more time to dedicate to compiling box scores which are probably the same ones with more cash to scout

I don’t get why the whole process has changed, there’s no real inflation in the league, there’s been plenty of top picks that have busted
This makes absolutely no sense, ppl have better shit to do then scroll through box scores and write down stats just to draft a player

That is nothing new. Also the awards are not hidden...

Obviously it takes more of your time but I'd imagine it's more beneficial to the league to have people spend their time writing articles to be able to scout which promotes activity vs spending time plugging #s into a spreadsheet which does nothing for the rest of the league. I just don't really see how the hidden roster pages and keeping scouting benefits anyone but the same GMs who were brute forcing the draft through scouting (me).

The new changes are not good. I don’t mind a change but paying $400 to see that one teams roster is kind of outrageous

And realistically I’m not sitting through 120 days of boxes and guessing what team plays on what day lol
